Parmesan Potato Puffs

Ingredients

1 1/2 cupMashed Potatoes, dehydrated

2 ozLiquid Egg Substitute

1 tspOnion Powder

1/2 tspPoultry Seasoning

2 largeFresh White Egg

1 tblsParmesan Cheese
Directions
1. Mix together the potatoes, egg substitute, onion powder, and mixed seasoning. Set aside.2. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
3. Stir 1/4 of the beaten egg whites into the potatoes to lighten the mixture.
4. Then fold the potatoes into the remaining beaten egg whites.
5. Turn into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until puffed and set. Serve immediately.
