Parmesan Potato Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup 
    Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated
  • 2 oz 
    Liquid Egg Substitute
  • 1 tsp 
    Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp 
    Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 large 
    Fresh White Egg
  • 1 tbls 
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

1. Mix together the potatoes, egg substitute, onion powder, and mixed seasoning. Set aside.

2. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.

3. Stir 1/4 of the beaten egg whites into the potatoes to lighten the mixture.

4. Then fold the potatoes into the remaining beaten egg whites.

5. Turn into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

6. Bake at 400 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until puffed and set. Serve immediately.
